  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I wish I could write a positive review because I have loved Miller's Hoagies for the past 20+ years, but they have permanently lost my business and my family's business this week. The business encountered a large outpouring of customers because of a one-time special they decided to hold, but were ill-prepared for. When customers got upset, the employees and management handled the entire scenario poorly. Many situations escalated out of hand which may have been avoided if they had planned their event better ahead of time. However, the crux of my opinion rests on how the management and employees treated long-time customers during and after the event. When this business received poor feedback over social media, they further allowed the situation to spiral out of control by egging on and encouraging the bullying of other customers who reported poor feedback. To say the least, I am very disappointed and cannot recommend supporting this local business. Quite literally a family was calling up to place an order and before they could even speak were screamed at on the phone by employees freaking out...so good luck if you venture here!
